Barbara’s studio and gallery are located in her cliff-top home, overlooking Long Bay and the Hauraki Gulf. This extraordinary location provides ongoing inspiration for Barbara’s work. The dramatic landforms and ever-changing weather patterns are reflected in her vibrant landscape, still-life and floral paintings.

The purpose-built gallery space. The gallery includes watercolours by Coromandel artist, the late Patrick Greene, whose paintings of local scenes are refreshingly quirky.

17 December 2019

The 31st Annual Coromandel Christmas Art Exhibition opened with a very lively gala event on Sunday 15 December in Hauraki House, Coromandel Town.

Barbara has 3 of her latest paintings on view, and is just one of over 40 artists who are participating, covering a wide variety of artistic disciplines — ceramics, sculptures, glass art, paintings, drawings, wood craft, weavings, mixed media, jewellery, print making, etc.

This is a “free entry” exhibition and is open from 10am to 4pm daily through to Saturday 11th January 2020 (excluding Christmas Day).

This is definitely a “NOT TO BE MISSED, MUST SEE” exhibition.
